RockSol is providing engineering design services for the City of Lone Tree for a new bike path to connect the C-470 regional bikeway to the RTD County Line Light Rail Station. The design will include an 8-ft wide path with new crosswalks, retaining walls, pedestrian lighting, actuation at the signalized intersection, and bicycle parking corral with video surveillance. This is a local agency project with CDOT Region 1, and RockSol is coordinating with each discipline to achieve require clearances. RockSol also provided coordination with RTD and Park Meadows Mall and incorporated their design requests as agreed upon. The project was awarded grant funding through CDOT as part of the Safer Main Streets Initiative program.
